Monday After School Art Club - 3rd-5th Grade 4:15-6:00pm Fall '26-'27

Start the week off with art!

Connect and cultivate your creativity with like-minded friends!  Our goal is to create a robust community of engaged young artists. Be prepared to learn from former teachers who are Visual Arts Instructors. We will explore a variety of mediums and learn about artists from around the world in a structured after-school environment that is free from the confines of grading!

After school art clubs are meant to support development of creativity & artistic skills with in-person instruction. Our Minneapolis based children's after school art classes are every week, and parents will be charged monthly on a recurring basis. 

Upon arriving, students will immediately receive a snack, as we believe that after school snack is the most important meal of the day. :) 

Throughout the Art Club program, students will learn through an engaging & structured curriculum. Projects start with painting and drawing and then move to collage, mixed media, air dry clay & sculpture. During Semester 1: students can expect to explore media including: markers, colored pencils, pencils, gouache & watercolor, mixed media, collage, and air dry clay. 

Suggested age range for Monday Art Club is 3rd-5th Grade.

We are also open to younger artists if they are able to stay engaged/focus for 90 minutes. 

All classes take place at our location at 50th and France in Minneapolis. Please note that 30-day cancellation notice is required for all art clubs as we're holding your spot every week.

Meets every Monday from 4:15pm-6:00pm starting on Sept 14th, 2026

We break for MEA, Thanksgiving, Winter Break etc in line with the Minneapolis Public Schools Calendar. 

We realize that local schools have varied end times and will be flexible if you need a modification with the start time.
