Refund policy
Art Club Memberships
Because the North Star Art Club is experiential, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or partial refunds - even if classes are not attended. Our recurring art club memberships require 30-day's notice for cancellation, and the final month can be prorated based on cancellation request date.
Art Camps (including non-school day mini camps)
Art camps can be cancelled for a full refund up to 45 days prior to the start of the camp, and from 45 days to 14 days prior to the start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations under 14 days prior to the start of any camp will not be refunded.
Private Events and Parties
Private events and birthday parties can be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days in advance of the scheduled event, and any cancellation from 30 days to 14 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations under 14 days prior to the start of any private event will not be refunded.
